We have a QA System designed to meet government & international export standards which forms the basis by which our employees work, this ensures that our products are manufactured to stringent quality practices and as each stage is continually checked to accuracy and quality. Wulguru Group has a dedicated in-house qualified Quality Management team as well as WTIA (Welding Technology Institute of Australia) recognised Welding Supervision.

Managers and supervisors emphasise that the quality requirements and processes are documented, implemented and integrated into the work practices in each respective area of responsibility. We are also CE compliant which allows us to export to the fastidious European market.

Pipework to AS 4041

We have skills to produce pipework to AS 4041 all classes. From heavy wall slurry piping and stainless acid line to steam jacked sulphur lines and more.

AS 4041 PRESSURE PIPING

This Standard must be complied with when manufacture piping subject to internal and/or external pressure and sets out minimum requirements for the materials, design, fabrication, testing, inspection, reports and pre-commissioning.
